Shipping Information:
We have begun shipping the majority of orders via DHL which minimises outside contact to us and, at the time of writing, avoids many of the postage delays that other services are currently subject to.
For the time being, we will not be charging any additional fees for shipping via DHL as we know that every little saving helps during this difficult time. We will be pleased to offer DHL as one of our postage options in the future once life starts to return to normal.
We ship to most of the world via Tracked and Signed for services, inclusive of packaging costs. We post our orders in highly protective and recyclable outer packaging using no plastic or bubble wrap etc.
· Within the United Kingdom:
All Guitar Pickup orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery 1pm Service. This service is guaranteed for delivery the day after the parcel is placed with Royal Mail. You will receive a postage confirmation email on the day your order leaves us, including your tracking number. Please see the specific product page for current order fulfilment timeframe as these vary depending on workload and product specification due to the hand-crafted nature of our products.
Some parts orders may ship via First Class Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service. This service offers the customer a lower postage rate for items that may not require the same coverage as our Pickups.
· World Band 1: Europe and Countries or Others of Similar Postage Rates:
All Guitar Pickup orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Track and Signed Small Parcel Service. Most orders are expected within 3-5 working days of sending. You will receive a postage confirmation email on the day your order is sent, including your tracking number. Please see the specific product page for current order fulfilment timeframe as these vary depending on workload and product specification.
· World Band 1.2: United States etc.
All Guitar Pickup orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Track and Signed Small Parcel Service. Most orders are expected within 5-7 working days of sending. You will receive a postage confirmation email on the day your order is leaves us, including your tracking number.
